Do all Shell stations honor Kroger fuel points?

In addition, not all Shell stations participate in the FRN program where you can redeem Fuel Rewards savings. However, all Shell stations that offer the Shell Fuel Rewards program are locations where you can also redeem your Fuel Rewards savings.

How do you spend Kroger reward points?
